In year 1962, the invention of a kind of spiral seaweed causing a commotion world, why? This is because 1 g grass of this kind of seaweed meet 1000 g combination from manifold of vegetables, the richest and the most complete nutrients content, the most steady nutrient distribution, especially this is alkali food. Why does the Japanese resident become world champion? They are consuming 1 ton spiral seaweeds a year. When touring to Tiongkok, they are all bringing out seaweeds. According to them, we could stay alive for as long as 40 days. Space food the present day is seaweed, neither bread nor others.

The diabetes mellitus disease. This disease is caused by lack of protein and vitamin. Seaweeds could provide protein and the main excellence is make the patient not to have complicated disease, could eat and drink as normal as ordinary people. The diabetes mellitus disease patient is lack of energy and could not consume sugar. This seaweed is dry sugar which turns into energy after having eaten. Besides, the blood sugar content of the patient is not stable, which by consuming seaweed could slowly stop the drug use.
Seaweed has green leaf material which could cure the stomach mucous membrane for stomach chafe disease.
Hepatitis disease. Every family has to disperse food when they eat. We must be careful with people whom looking alright, but we do not know whether he/she is hepatitis patient. Seaweed can prevent the disease from multiply. Its rich amino acid content can heal liver cell and its bile alkali content can cure the liver function, increase the body endurance. Spiral seaweed can also prevent a very strong radiation. When the detonation of nuclear electrics station in Russia happens, the Japanese auxiliary troops bring this seaweed instead of others. Seaweed which have been processed and are very pure, called “Zau Fu Kan”, can be anti radiation, anti tumor, anti virus, anti oxidation, increase body endurance. This Zau Fu Kan is the only one which could prevent radiation.

This decapsulation procedure is completed in two steps, hydration and decapsulation step. Materials used in this procedure are:
- 500 grams Artemia cysts(do not use Russian origin cysts)
- 4.77 liters sodium hypochlorite (household bleach)
- 75 grams sodium hydroxide
- 2.2 liters of water
1) Hydration
Dry cysts look like deflated basketballs under the microscope. The cysts must be fully hydrated or spherical before decapsulation is to begin. Simply hydrate the cysts in a half-bucket of fresh water with aeration for one hour.
2) Decapsulation
Dissolve sodium hydroxide in 2.2 liters of water and allow cooling. Do not add hypochlorite until ready to decapsulate. Collect the hydrated cysts in a 125 mesh sieve and drain. Add the sodium hypochlorite solution to the sodium hydroxide and water followed by the hydrated cysts.
The cyst color should change from brown - gray - white - orange within a few minutes, depending upon the strength of the chemicals and the thickness of the shell or corion. When the cysts are 90% orange, stop the reaction immediately by pouring the decapsulated cyst solution in a fine mesh bag and rinse well with lots of freshwater.
Assure that the decapsulation reaction is stopped, by having a solution of 1 normal hydrochloric acid (HCl) ready to stir the cysts in for one minute. Prepare this solution by adding 65 ml of hydrochloric acid (35% active) into 6.5 liters of water. A weak solution of sodium thiosulfate can also be used to neutralize the chlorine.
The cyst bursts and the embryo leaves the shell after 15 to 20 hours at 77°F (25°C). For the first few hours, the embryo hangs beneath the cyst shell, still enclosed in a hatching membrane. This is called the umbrella stage, and it is during this stage the nauplius completes its development and emerges as a free swimming nauplius. In the first larval stage, the nauplius is a brownish orange color because of its yolk reserves, and does not feed because its mouth and anus are not fully developed.

Kista adalah telur yang telah berkembang lebih lanjut menjadi embrio dan kemudian diselubungi oleh cangkang yang tebal dan kuat. Fungsi cangkang ini, oleh Mudjiman (1989), dinyatakan yaitu untuk melindungi embrio terhadap pengaruh kekeringan, benturan keras, sinar ultra violet dan mempermudah pengapungan.
Harefa (2000), menyatakan bahwa kista Artemia berbentuk bulat, berwarna coklat, berdiameter 224,7-26,7 µm dan berat rata-rata 1,885 µg, yang terdiri dari 2,9 µg embrio dan 0,75 µg cangkang (Mudjiman, 1989). Kista yang berkualitas baik akan menetas sekitar 18-24 jam apabila diinkubasikan dalam air bersalinitas 5-70 permil (Isnansetyo, 1995).
Kista Artemia terdiri dari dua lapisan, yaitu korion dan selaput embrio.
- Korion
Merupakan lapisan luar pelindung inti telur (embrio) pada kista berfungsi melindungi keseluruhan bagian telur sehingga sering disebut lapisan epidermis. Korion sendiri yang tebalnya 1,8-2,2 µm dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu lapisan yang paling luar disebut lapisan peripheral (terdiri atas selaput luar dan lapisan kortikal) dan lapisan alveolar yang berada di bawahnya (Mudjiman, 1989).
- Selaput Embrio
Merupakan komponen penyusun bagian telur yang paling utama karena di dalam lapisan ini terdapat embrio yang akan menjadi individu (Harefa, 2000). Menurut Mudjiman (1989), selaput embrio, yang tebalnya 1,8-2,2 µm, dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu lapisan fibrosa yang berfungsi melindungi embrio di bagian atas dan selaput kutiluler dalam yang berfungsi melindungi inti plasma di bawahnya.
